East Side Story Here's something I just don't get: for all the enduring popularity of the Beatles, why doesn't similarly smart, catchy pop music sell in huge numbers. Squeeze has never achieved anything more than a large cult status, and East Side Story will leave you wondering why. For those of us in the cult I guess it's not such a bad thing - I'll take the small club shows I've seen over the arena shows they've never played.
