Crowded House Neil Finn is like a fancy chocolatier. He definitely composes candy for the ear, but the songs are often bitter enough that they're an acquired taste. Not so on Crowded House's debut, though. There's enough sugar to offset the dark taste that I could listen to this every day and recommend it to almost anyone.
